“We not only wanted to highlight black families but also pull back the curtain, exposing the nontraditional stories being told in the media. “Seven Mothers,” tells the story of a young boy who loses his mother and the community that came together to raise him.”
Pyer Moss continues to show black excellence in this 8-minute visual, Jean-Raymond details the stories of the seven women who raised him after his mother passed. The short film was styled by Eric Mcneal, as characters were all seen wearing Pyer Moss pieces throughout.
